The University of Computer Studies (Mandalay) is located on a sprawling 143.18 acres campus near Ta-Oh village, Sint Kaing Township. The main academic building is a three-storeyed and E-shape building. The classrooms are fully equipped with technological teaching aid such as Overhead Projectors and students can test and learn their program in smart machine rooms.

As a recreational area, beautiful Lotus ponds and benches on the lobby and under the shady trees offer as a relaxed atmosphere for the students. Moreover, the campus is perfectly equipped with an impressive indoor stadium where students can spend their physical movement time for their body building by playing badminton, basketball, sepak takraw and futsal in it. Students can have their healthy food in elegant canteen sitting beside the stadium.
